Easy like a Sunday Roast (with instructional video)

There’s nothing like a good Sunday roast. We have been plagued with rain here in Florida, so it left my husband craving a roast…(the weather must have reminded him of England.)

This is one of the easiest recipes I have and I have never officially burnt it…so, I know you can do it too!! This is perfect for the newlywed out there looking to do something impressive, yet simple. It would blow your guests away if you hosted a dinner party, or it could just be a perfect addition to your weekly routine. It’s inexpensive and provides leftovers for days! I hope you all give this one a try.

Ingredients:

1 bag of baby carrots

1 bag of red skin potatoes

1 chuck pot roast “Frozen”

1 bag of Au Jus powder

3 cups of cold water

1 large Reynolds cooking bag with tie

Rinse your vegetables. Cut red skin potatoes in half. Put all ingredients into cooking bag and close with the twist tie. Mix together. Arrange in glass pan-poke holes in the top of the bag. Cook for 3 hours at 300*…if not entirely frozen…cook at 300* for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!!
