Lemon Chicken

This week I tried a recipe from my mom, her lemon breaded chicken. I love it because it can serve 2-4 people (depending on how much you eat) for around $10.00!

I got some of the ingredients wrong, so let’s see how this goes! Will Chris eat it? Or will it end up in the trash? Growing up sucks…


  • Chicken breasts
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • One lemon
  • Olive oil

COOK: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

WHAT TO DO: Lightly coat in olive oil then sprinkle on bread crumbs. Repeat on the other side of the chicken as well. Squeeze lemon over the top of the chicken. Put on sliced lemon for garnish. Cook in oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve!

*Buying the wrong breadcrumbs and cooking for too long was my mistake. This has always been a very yummy recipe of my mom’s. I’m bummed I didn’t do it justice. Xx Kate
